ZERAI TECH — Aligned for Impact

About ZERAI TECH

From Resources To Energy

ZERAI TECH is a Malaysia-based energy project development company. We focus on bioresource and biomethane projects, with integrated energy systems as a connected direction. We identify opportunities, validate conditions, shape pathways and organise partnerships to move projects toward delivery.

Core focus · Bioresource & Biomethane Projects

Starting With the Palm Sector

Our current focus is developing bioenergy projects around POME and EFB from palm oil mills, followed by OPT from replanting, together with other organic resources where they strengthen the project.

Upstream

Feedstock formation

Site assessment, mechanised recovery, logistics and pretreatment help turn potential resources into measurable and accepted feedstock.

Midstream

Multi-feedstock development

Each resource is assessed separately before a combined route is considered. Feedstock quality, continuity, pretreatment and project radius shape the decision.

Downstream

Conversion and delivery

Biomethane is the current priority. Dry, wet or hybrid anaerobic configurations are assessed against real feedstock conditions, alongside gas quality, upgrading, transport and demand.

Route choice

Where the site calls for a different solution, we also assess on-site biogas use, biomass CHP, biomass gasification and other qualified pathways.

Integrated Energy Systems

Fuel delivery

CNG/LNG Virtual Pipelines

We structure supply routes across source, storage, transport, receiving facilities and industrial demand. CNG and LNG are evaluated separately; eligible biomethane can enter the same downstream delivery logic when quality, compliance and commercial conditions are established.

Power + heat

CHP and CCHP

We assess CHP and CCHP configurations across power, steam, hot-water and cooling loads. Site loads, operating hours, fuel access and existing systems guide the configuration, with gas turbines included among the available solution options.

Thermal systems

Industrial Heat and Heat Pumps

We compare fuel-based heating, waste-heat recovery and heat-pump routes against the required temperature, duty profile, process constraints and operating economics.

System coordination

Microgrids and Distributed Energy

We connect local generation, storage, grid interaction and flexible loads. Modular computing is considered only where it improves the site's energy balance and project economics.

Each route is evaluated as part of one site energy system—not as a standalone equipment catalogue.

Our difference

From Field to Market

Our project view connects field conditions, conversion pathways and energy markets.

  1. Feedstock
  2. Conversion
  3. Delivery
01

Field reality

We look beyond theoretical resource volumes to rights, field operations, recovery, logistics, pretreatment, quality and delivered cost.

02

Practical capability

Where relevant, we organise field assessment, mechanised recovery, custom equipment development and drone-supported planning with specialist partners.

03

Route fit

We compare technologies against the project's resources, loads, infrastructure and market conditions.

04

Energy-market perspective

Our team's oil and gas experience brings product quality, storage, transport, metering, customer demand and commercial delivery into the development process early.

05

Opportunity development

We can begin with a client-led opportunity or develop one around a clear resource, operating need or market gap.

Let's Move the Project Forward

We identify opportunities, validate conditions, shape pathways and organise partnerships, working with others to move projects toward delivery.

  1. 01

    Discover

Identify opportunities in resources, operating needs, infrastructure and market gaps.

  2. 02

    Validate

Confirm key facts, stakeholders, constraints and decision points.

  3. 03

    Shape

Compare project routes and define the technical and commercial direction.

  4. 04

    Organise

Bring suitable technology, delivery, market and capital partners into clear roles.

  5. 05

    Advance

Organise the survey, testing, pilot, feasibility, pre-FEED, bid or delivery-planning work appropriate to the project's maturity.

Project lens

Across the process, we assess supply reliability, system fit and lower-carbon value.

Participation

For selected opportunities with clear rights, roles and alignment, ZERAI TECH may also consider co-development or project-level investment.

Work with us

Contact Us

Your project does not need to be fully formed. If you have one practical starting point, we can begin by making the situation clearer together.

01

A resource or feedstock

Palm residues, organic waste, a replanting programme, a mill or another resource that may support an energy pathway.

02

An energy need or market

A requirement for gas, power, steam, cooling or lower-carbon fuel—or a practical route to customers and offtake.

03

A capability or local pathway

Proven technology, equipment, operations, logistics, market access, capital or local coordination that could strengthen a project.

A first engagement may include

  • Opportunity screening
  • Resource and site validation
  • Route comparison
  • Survey, test or pilot design
  • Market and partner validation
  • A defined next-stage scope

Before work begins, we agree the inputs, scope, deliverables, timing, fees and responsibilities.

How Projects Work—Not Just How Technologies Work

We share practical observations on palm operations, feedstock formation, multi-feedstock projects, biomethane, gas markets and distributed energy—focusing on what makes projects work.
